Akiba is my favorite place in all of Tokyo. Why? Because there's tons of great places to eat, Anime shops, game shops, and as shown earlier, a place where car enthusiasts may enjoy. My sharemate at Koenji named Adrian told me there was a cosplay convention going on in Akiba. I was quite interested and quickly got ready to go. We met up with some of Adrian's friends in Akiba then had to go find some quick cosplay clothing. I walked by one of my favorite idol's places called Dear Stage. Look at those posters of でんぱ組。inc. I still ❤ Nemu-kyun!

Got to grab the best Kebab's in the world

I love Sundays at Akiba. They have the whole block cut off from drivers so we're all good to roam the streets. This is the view from the cosplay building we are at.

I don't know about you, but when I think of some action in Japan, I think of things like Power Rangers and Kamen Rider etc. There's so many of those type of shows. Nyo Robotics reminds me of those kind of costumes they wear.

This Kirin Mascot was awesome.

Love Live is a very popular anime for some odd reason. Even some guys are very into it as they are called Love Live-ers.

Here are Adrian's friends that we met up with. They were cosplaying as Nico and Nozomi.

Nendoroids! I love these figures. Some are very hard to get btw and beware of the fakes!

This life sized statue was interesting and soon later to be found that its Shimazu Toyohisa from Drifters

Ride on the Ice Dragon!

The lines were starting to build up for Adrian's friends

Of course other cosplayers love to play around

The stage inside was happening. Lots of singing, I'm assuming for a contest.

Even the Kirin Mascot was dancing

Adrian was dressed as Luffy from One Piece. He had some fans.

Here's the famous green bridge in Akihabara.

They're done cosplaying. Commemorative photo!

One last meal before heading home. ゴーゴーカレー
